A Word from Our CEO

With over 26 years of experience in international business management and development, I am passionate about supporting others in achieving their goals. As an entrepreneur and leader by example, I have faced numerous challenges, experienced ups and downs, and have learned valuable lessons along the way. I never stop learning and remain committed to continuous growth and improvement.

I started my international business journey in Dubai as the Marketing Manager of Sadid General Trading (1995-1997) before establishing my own company, Country Trading Gate (CTG Iran) in Iran. Within a few short years, I expanded the company to include four offices in Iran and one in South Korea (GV International). I am proud to have positioned myself and my companies as trusted advisors, helping overseas partners and Iranian importers, wholesalers, retailers, and end-users succeed in their businesses. My expertise is in playing the role of an EMC (Export Management Company), helping manufacturers penetrate their products into new markets, and facilitating international and local trades.

Since relocating to Canada, I have established BIIMS, an import and export company, and BC Academy (Breakthrough Change Academy), a business consulting firm. As a certified life/business coach and consultant, I am dedicated to supporting immigrants and business owners in overcoming their personal and professional challenges. I have designed various life/business coaching courses and programs focused on different areas of business growth.

One of my proudest accomplishments is the creation of the SAVE program, a series of situational and conversational consulting programs designed to provide simple, applicable, value-adding, and empowering tools and techniques tailored to the specific needs of each industry. This program has helped countless businesses and their owners achieve success, leading to a genuine smile at work and at home.
